KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience conducting interviews.
- Conduct interviews on weekdays and occasionally over the weekends.
- Provide uninterrupted one-hour interview sessions.

The Role - Interviewer
We are seeking a charismatic and engaging individual to join our team as an Interviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with candidates from diverse backgrounds and levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with interviewees.
Core Responsibilities
- During the interview:
- Build rapport.
- Collect detailed information from the interviewee by asking questions following the script.
- Take notes as needed during the interview to stay on track and to use in future interview questions.
- Ensure you have the information you need from the interviewee for each question. If not, elicit further information.
- Maintain the accuracy of your calendar availability through Google Calendar so interviews can be scheduled automatically based on your availability.
- When you receive an automated notice of a new interview, confirm that you can make the appointment.
- Confirm a successful interview as soon as it’s completed.
About You
- Possess a genuine interest in people and enjoy engaging in conversations.
- Have access to a reliable, high-speed Internet connection.
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule and promptly update it as needed.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, assess interviewee responses, and prompt for additional details when necessary.
- Skilled at putting interviewees at ease during conversations.
- Proficient in making small talk to build rapport effectively.
The story of how Aboutly came to exist
It started 25 years ago. The founder of Aboutly kept running into people problems in their dozens of businesses.
It was always the same problem, over and over again; people challenges and communications. Nothing seemed to work. They also noticed that people problems seemed to be an issue for lots of other companies and relationship outside of work too.
Then they discovered assessment tools and started memorising every person’s scores to try to improve, but it still didn’t work. Next, they discovered the idea of advanced interview-based neural network analysis. They partnered up with psychologists, trainers, hirers and analysts. They spent 2 years developing a detailed analysis system for profiling with high degrees of accuracy and repeatability in ways that would catch people’s blind spots and traits that they weren’t aware of. The team then started to apply this to many different situations, particularly in businesses.
After using the Aboutly analysis, these businesses noticed that they were hiring better people and found that their lives were changing for the better in ways they had previously not been able to achieve.
The company built the initial software they use to help in the analysis in 2021 and are continuing to innovate and grow the process and the software. We hired our first interviewer in November of 2021 and built up the team and we are now expanding and need more interviewers.
